Massage Therapy Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided by C’s Embracing Hands. By booking or receiving a treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. Appointment times are reserved especially for you, so please ensure you arrive on time. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe for you at that time.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. This allows us to offer the time to another client.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge or loss of deposit, where applicable.
Health & Medical Information
Before your treatment, you will be asked to complete a consultation form. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your health, injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy.
C’s Embracing Hands cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise from incomplete or incorrect information being provided.
Treatment Suitability
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition or are unsure whether massage is suitable for you, you should consult a medical professional before booking.
Treatments may be adapted, postponed, or declined if there are any contraindications or health concerns that make massage unsafe.
Client Comfort & Professional Boundaries
Your comfort, safety, and dignity are always respected. You have the right to ask questions, request adjustments to pressure or technique, or stop the treatment at any time.
Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will not be tolerated and may result in the treatment being ended immediately, with full payment still required.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change, but you will always be informed of the cost before your appointment takes place.
Results & Aftercare
Every client responds differently to massage therapy. While many people experience benefits such as relaxation or relief from tension, results cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare advice may be provided to support your wellbeing following treatment. Following this advice is your responsibility.
Mobile & On-Site Treatments
For mobile visits or treatments carried out at a centre, you are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and suitable space for the session. This includes adequate room, privacy, and a suitable environment for treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or end a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings. C’s Embracing Hands is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during your visit or treatment.
